Academic Success & Career Readiness

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Providence, our goal is to provide all our city’s youth with the opportunity to play, grow, and learn safely. With the guidance of our trained staff, our before and after school programming is designed to develop critical skills and healthy habits through fun hands-on learning projects and activity focused clubs. We have a state-licensed child-care program for youth ages 5-12 at select sites, as well as open door memberships for youth up through age 18 across our Clubhouses. Children and teens that consistently attend our before and after school programming are more likely to graduate from high school on time and demonstrate the skills they need to be ready for a post-secondary education and a 21st century career.
